Coming from Political Science I have a deep interest in streamlining processes I believe that great outcomes are the result of a cohesive and motivated team that works together towards a common goal. I am curious and driven.
With a background in political science and quantitative research, I've spearheaded the research department at opinion tech company, transitioning from a junior role to leading a department. In our fast-paced startup environment, I've honed skills in market research, customer experience, and agile methodologies. My core focus has always been research, crafting tailored concepts and solutions for diverse clients, from large corporations to startups. I've also excelled in team leadership, recruitment, and workflow management. Currently, at the AI-Campus in Berlin, I oversee quantitative studies, enhancing the learner experience through data-driven insights. My experience in both market research and AI positions me well to explore new opportunities and further develop my skills.
